I have an active leak. What should I do right now?
Call us on (228) 249-2920 rather than using the form — it’s faster. In the meantime, move what you can out of the way and put a container under the drip. If it’s safe to do so, photograph the water stain; it helps with the claim later.
Do you charge for the estimate?
No. Inspection and written estimate are both free, with no obligation.
Do I need to be home?
It helps, so we can walk you through what we found — but it isn’t essential. We can send the photos and the estimate through instead.
How far do you travel?
Roughly an hour from our Gautier shop, which covers most of Jackson and Harrison County. If you’re a little outside that, ask anyway.
What payment do you take?
Cash, check and credit cards. For insurance work we can usually bill in line with the claim schedule.
